**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM System Management**: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with data protection regulations.
- **Customer Segmentation**: Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchasing history to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and insights to inform business decisions and marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with company goals.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-purchase engagement, aiming to increase customer lifetime value.
- **CRM System Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve the use of the CRM system, suggesting new features, tools, or upgrades to enhance efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
