**About Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as executive - CRM Technical professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity for entry level profiles to kick-start their career in customer relationship management within the construction industry. As a executive CRM Technical, you will work closely with our experienced team members to learn and contribute to various CRM technical aspects aimed at ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Position**: Executive CRM Technical

**Location**: Bangalore
- Team Alignment & Management.
- Site Meetings.
- Project Inspections.
- Handling escalations.
- Ensure Process related reports are maintained at site level.
- Daily tasks sharing to the team & Reviewing.

**Job Specification**:

- Empathy, Patience Friendliness and being supportive, Communication Skills, Active Listening skills.
- Analyzing the flat inspection report and sharing the feedback report.
- Documenting the issues and concerns received in the project from starting to project closure and submitting lo HO.
- Coordinate for developing the customer experience area.
- Categorizing the queries received and prepare a standard reply format.
- Telephone etiquette Skills, Meeting etiquette Skills, Rapport Building Skills, Building and Engineering Knowledge.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills, Leadership Skill.
- Weekly Review meetings with the team.
- Site visits & Conducting meetings.

**Requirements**:
**- Experience**:1-3 years

**- Qualification**:B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering**.**

**- Soft Skills/Computer Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD.

**Pay Scale**:Will be decided upon Hiring (upto 35K CTC) + Attractive incentives + Other Benifits
