Monday to Saturday Working Days

- **Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

2. **CRM System Management**
- Manage and maintain the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.

3. **Sales & Business Development Support**
- Track and analyze customer interactions and sales trends.
- Generate reports and insights to help improve sales performance.
- Assist sales teams with lead management and follow-ups.

4. **Marketing & Campaign Management**
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Segment customer data to personalize outreach.
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

5. **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement.
- Generate reports for management and stakeholders.

6. **Process Improvement & Automation**
- Identify inefficiencies in customer management processes.
- Implement automation tools to improve workflow.
- Optimize CRM system functionalities for better efficiency.

7. **Customer Support & Issue Resolution**
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
- Collaborate with support teams to enhance customer service.
- Monitor and improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.

8. **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**
- Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
- Align CRM strategy with business goals.
