About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage client communication, follow-ups, lead tracking, and CRM database management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in Events, Exhibitions, Education Fairs, Client Relations, or Customer Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Handle lead follow-ups and track conversions
- Update and manage CRM systems and client databases
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and event teams
- Provide exhibitors/participants with timely information
- Capture client queries, feedback, and escalate issues when needed
- Prepare follow-up reports, lead status dashboards, and documentation
- Ensure smooth pre-event and post-event client experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Relations, or Customer Support
- Experience in Events & Exhibitions industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as:
- Zoho CRM
- HubSpot CRM
- Freshsales (Freshworks)
- Pipedrive
- Bitrix24
- LeadSquared
- Good command over Excel, reporting, and data entry
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
