About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage client communication, follow-ups, lead tracking, and CRM database management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in Events, Exhibitions, Education Fairs, Client Relations, or Customer Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Handle lead follow-ups and track conversions
  • Update and manage CRM systems and client databases
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and event teams
  • Provide exhibitors/participants with timely information
  • Capture client queries, feedback, and escalate issues when needed
  • Prepare follow-up reports, lead status dashboards, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth pre-event and post-event client experience

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Relations, or Customer Support
  • Experience in Events & Exhibitions industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as:
  • Zoho CRM
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Freshsales (Freshworks)
  • Pipedrive
  • Bitrix24
  • LeadSquared
  • Good command over Excel, reporting, and data entry
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
