Develop CRM Strategies: Implement customer engagement initiatives to maximize retention and loyalty.
- Manage CRM Software: Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for accurate data management and customer segmentation.
- Top Customer Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve high-priority complaints for top customers in Southern India to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Client Query Coordination: Work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM), Business Development Executive (BDE), and Operations Manager to address client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign results, customer feedback, and issue resolution outcomes, and report findings directly to the Zonal Head.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Zonal Head, BDM, BDE, Operations Manager, and other teams to align CRM efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive consistent customer experiences.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years in CRM, customer service, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis, and scheduling tools.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is compulsory. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,526.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
