**Overview**:
The **CRM Executive** is responsible for managing customer relationships, optimizing the CRM system, and ensuring excellent customer service across all communication channels. This role focuses on improving customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to boost engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain and update the company’s **CRM system** (Customer Relationship Management).
- Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM.
- Monitor customer interactions, engagement patterns, and feedback.
- **Customer Engagement & Retention**:

- Develop and execute **customer retention** strategies and campaigns to improve loyalty.
- Track customer behavior to identify trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze customer data, trends, and behavior to provide insights for marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate regular reports on customer segmentation, CRM system performance, and customer feedback.
- Monitor **KPIs** such as customer satisfaction, churn rates, and campaign performance.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the **Sales, Marketing, and Support teams** to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Support the sales team with customer insights and information to improve closing rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns based on customer data.
- **Customer Support & Feedback**:

- Collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for product or service improvements.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- **System Optimization**:

- Suggest improvements and upgrades to the CRM system to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in the training of staff on using CRM tools effectively.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in a CRM, customer service, or marketing role.
- Proficiency with **CRM tools** like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of **customer lifecycle management** and **customer segmentation**.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret customer data.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **B2B** or **B2C** sector.
- **Project management** skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
