**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and operate the company’s CRM systems for day-to-day customer tracking and communication
- Coordinate and execute personalized customer campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data, including lead management and segmentation
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on CRM performance and customer insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams to align CRM activities with business targets
- Track field force performance and handle user ID creation/deactivation within CRM platforms
- Monitor stock levels, sales data, and outlet activity, integrating with MIS and ERP reports
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies
- Recommend improvements based on customer trends, retention behavior, and campaign performance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, MIS, or Sales Support roles
- Proficient in Salesforce, Bizom, Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG, real estate, or apparel industry preferred
