Greetings
**Position**: CRM Executive
**Reporting Manager**: CRM Manager
**Location**: Bangalore
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update client information within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Generate reports and dashboards for Management, Sales & Marketing performance.
- Handle post-sales follow-ups, feedback collection, and resolve basic customer issues or redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection.
- Generate reports on sales activities & client feedback.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist clients with post-sales issues, such as documentation.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize CRM data and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for CRM management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- **2-3 years of experience in CRM**, preferably in the **real estate** sector.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in using Excel & word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and customer expectations is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
