We are a growing real estate development company seeking a **CRM Executive - Home Automation** to manage and support our home automation installations such as **digital locks, smart controls, and other smart home solutions** across our projects.

The role involves **on-site visits**, **customer coordination**, and **technical issue resolution** related to home automation features in residential properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and concerns related to home automation systems (e.g. digilocks, smart switches, etc.)
- Visit project sites whenever required to resolve issues or manage installations
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for smooth operation
- Educate customers on how to use their installed automation systems
- Maintain service records and provide follow-ups for unresolved cases

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 2-3 years of experience in CRM or Home Automation field
- Must have **own bike and valid driving license**:

- Should be familiar with **home automation systems** like digital locks, smart controls, etc.
- Should be **local to Bengaluru** and **able to communicate fluently in Kannada, Hindi, and English**:

- Must be ready for **immediate joining**

**Job Location**:
Brigade Signature Towers, Budigere Cross, Bengaluru **What We Offer**:
