**Job Summary**:
As an inbound **Customer Support Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, processing orders, and offering product information with patience and empathy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Resolve product or service issues**raised by customers efficiently.
- **Provide accurate information**about Flo Mattress products, policies, and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds **as per company guidelines**.
- **Log and document customer interactions**and feedback systematically.
- **Escalate complex issues**to the relevant departments when necessary.
- **Maintain a customer-first approach**, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- **Collaborate with team members**to meet and exceed service goals.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum educational qualification**:Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).**:
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills.**:
- **Strong active listening**and problem-solving abilities.
- **Basic computer proficiency**, including CRM software and MS Office.
- **Ability to multitask**and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a **friendly attitude towards customers.**:
- **Ability to work under pressure**and handle challenging situations calmly.
- **Team player**with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
**Work Environment**:
- On-site, full-time position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
