**Position: Customer support executive**
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. You will create policies and procedures and oversee customer service. A standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
To be successful as a Customer Support Executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An outstanding Customer Support Executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Customer calling and getting detailed feedback
- Customer service desk - manage inbound and outbound customer service role to address customer queries
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
- Database management & MIS maintenance
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- Preferably good quality calling person and focus on process.
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in calling role
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Good English and Hindi language
- Computer skills
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
