St Stone Medical Devices Pvt Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative medical devices, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes. We specialize insurgical instruments, diagnostic equipment, etc. We are into manufacturing & assembling of medical devices having vast range which falls under Interventional Cardiology Consumable, Nephrology, Anaesthesia and General Consumables

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct regular hospital visits** to promote and sell medical devices.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide **on-site product demonstrations and training** for healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with hospital administration to ensure product approvals and procurement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Gather market insights, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in tendering processes, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure proper follow-ups on payments and order deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- **2-5 years of field sales experience** in the **medical devices or healthcare** industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales targets efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
