In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.Your responsibilities will include:- Drive primary and secondary sales objectives, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets. - Execute monthly business plans, aligning goals across distributors and sales teams. - Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion, and market penetration. - Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization. - Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns. - Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.What we are looking for:- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred) - 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must) - Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills. - Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence. - Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ready to Make an Impact?
