**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Location**: Delhi NCR
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month (with performance-based incentives)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence and contributing to its growth in your designated region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and target potential clients, driving sales through new and existing customer relationships.
- **Client Engagement**: Understand customer needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Lead Management**: Effectively manage and follow up on leads, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, reporting progress to your manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and team to achieve collective targets and goals.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring long-term relationships.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Basic understanding of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to achieve targets.
