**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Area Sales Manager** to drive sales performance, manage field sales teams, and expand market presence within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong distributor/retailer networks, mentoring sales representatives, and achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives / Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key customers.
- Ensure effective coverage of doctors, chemists, and hospitals (if pharma/medical industry).
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Drive new product launches and ensure execution of promotional strategies.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit guidelines.
- Train the sales team on product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy for pharma sector).
- **3-6 years of experience** in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team handling role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, plan strategies, and execute effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
