Role Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Manager
to join our team in the Packaging Industry. As a Sales Manager, you will formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends, and building strong relationships with key clients. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to surpass revenue targets, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts and comprehensive reports to senior management, pinpointing key performance indicators and areas for enhancement.
  • Harness the power of data analytics to pinpoint trends and optimize sales approaches.
  • Conduct thorough market research to remain abreast of industry dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a comparable capacity.
  • Hands-on experience within the packaging industry and specialized knowledge in the paper bags segment are considered advantageous.
  • A profound comprehension of market dynamics, client requirements, and competitor landscapes.
  • Exceptional negotiation prowess and communication acumen.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving tangible results.
  • Educational background in packaging or related fields is highly valued.
