Our solutions span end-to-end commute management, EV adoption, fleet ownership, and premium self-drive rentals.Role OverviewWe are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Lead. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions in the B2B market.Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and foster lasting customer relationships.Revenue Generation: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent growth.Market Insight: Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Eligibility Criteria:Institutional Sales – Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience successfully selling services at the C-level with 3+ years of direct sales management experience.Preferred Industry - ETS, FCG, Insurance.Proficiency in Language – Excellent C-level communication skills.Must have:Total comfort demonstrating Full-stack solutions and discussing them with business leaders.Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex sales environment.Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional and account levels.Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required.Willing to travel as needed throughout the region.Should have handled CAT A customers in the past.
