Sales Manger

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for IP surveillance and CCTV product lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
- Provide technical and commercial support during the sales cycle including product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Train and guide junior sales executives and support staff.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Proven track record in CCTV/IP surveillance system sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP-based cameras, NVRs, video analytics, and related security technologies.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized surveillance solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **B.Tech in Electronics & Communication** is mandatory.
- **MBA in Marketing** is preferred.
- Minimum **5-8 years** of experience in CCTV/IP surveillance sales.
- Experience in dealing with government tenders and large enterprise projects is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
