. Operational Management
- Supervise daily back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, and internal controls.
- Oversee file and database management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
2. Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and evaluate back-office staff.
- Assign tasks, set performance standards, and monitor productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
3. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports (operational, financial, and performance-related) for management.
- Maintain risk-control practices and support internal/external audits.
4. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support to front-office teams by ensuring accurate and timely backend processes.
- Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, documentation, and administrative bottlenecks.
5. Process Improvement
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Lead or support operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or operations management.
- Prior experience in team management is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and database management.
