**Position: Area Sales Executive**
**Department: Sales & Business Development - Financial Planning**
**Location: Saket, New Delhi**
**Experience Required: 6 months - 3 years (Good communication skills may apply)**
**Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through field sales and direct marketing.
- Understand customers’ financial training needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct financial awareness meetings, client presentations, and product demos.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive selling ability and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, retirement, etc.).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Valid driver’s license with owned 2 wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
- Must be based in Delhi/NCR for last 2 years
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
