Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an Area Sales Executive. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales reports
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the human resources or recruitment industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Jaipur
