
Regional Sales Executive

**WHAT YOU WILL DO -**
- Accountable for new acquisitions of dealerships in the region.
- Guarantee consistent dealership business.
- Managing every dealer-related matter and seeing it through to completion.
- Manpower planning and execution, sales training, and after-sales support for dealerships.
- Create and implement dealer network expansion plans that support business goals.
- Determine prospective markets and sites for new dealerships by doing a market analysis.
- To maximize client happiness and loyalty, establish and preserve solid bonds with current dealers.
- Remain up to date on market dynamics, rivalry, and industry developments.
**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU -**
- Demonstrated expertise in dealer network building is a prerequisite.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and dealer management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with dealers and assess market conditions.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
**Note - Person willing to travel outside Delhi will be preferred**.
