Job descriptionWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development positions.ResponsibilitiesEngage in daily conversations with brands and agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are understood and met.Collect advertisement campaigns from clients, ensuring they meet our standards and align with our business objectives.Identify and onboard new advertisers, expanding our client base and increasing our market presence.Execute agreements with clients, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to by all parties.Ensure payments are collected within due dates, managing financial transactions efficiently.Analyse the performance of advertisement campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Achieve monthly goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.Skills RequiredFluency in English and Hindi.Excellent customer relationship skills with experience in managing high net-worth income customers. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key.Professionalism in all interactions, upholding the company’s reputation and standards.Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions based on these insights.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in business development.
