We're looking for energetic, persuasive, and motivated Business Development Officer to join our winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with new and existing customers with a positive and professional approach
  • Follow up regularly with leads and inquiries to ensure conversion
  • Execute effective sales strategies to close deals confidently
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all sales, enquiries, and customer interactions
  • Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and submit tenders with precision
  • Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations
  • Travel locally and out-of-state when needed to close priority sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery
  • Report directly to management and contribute to business planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in project or material sales (preferably B2B or construction-related)
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in Malayalam, English, Hindi & Tamil
  • Familiarity with digital/online marketing tools is a plus
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Male candidates preferred due to travel and field work requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
