About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Consultant with strong expertise in project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic business initiatives, managing client projects end-to-end, and driving business growth through insightful analysis and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple business consulting projects from planning to successful delivery.
  • Analyze business performance, identify challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare business proposals, project reports, and client presentations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams.
  • Stay updated with market trends, business strategies, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (preferably in Business Management, Operations, or related field).
  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in project management, business consulting, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
