Position Overview

As the
Branding & Marketing Head – India
, you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the company's integrated Branding and Marketing strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and brand positioning. This is a senior leadership role that demands strategic foresight, market intelligence, team leadership and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable results.

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer for the Global Business Development, Branding and Operations, ensuring synergy and consistency in MAPiN group's overall business approach.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

§ Develop and implement the national branding and marketing strategy aligned with MAPiN's long-term vision.

§ Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities across sectors.

§ Build annual business plans, branding strategy and marketing budgets with clear KPIs and accountability frameworks.

Business Development

§ Lead client acquisition and retention strategies across corporate, institutional, and SME sectors.

§ Establish partnerships and alliances that strengthen MAPiN's business portfolio and service network.

§ Design and drive proposal development, contract negotiations, and project onboarding in collaboration with the leadership team.

Branding & Marketing

§ Strengthen MAPiN Business Group's brand identity and visibility across digital and offline platforms.

§ Conceptualize and oversee branding & marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives and corporate communications.

§ Ensure consistent brand representation and storytelling aligned with MAPiN group's ethos of quality, values and excellence.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

§ Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing branding and marketing team across regional zones.

§ Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and innovation.

§ Collaborate with other functional heads to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

§ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

§ Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to track performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

§ Prepare quarterly reports and strategic reviews for the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

§ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

§ Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in branding, marketing and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

§ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in a B2B environment.

§ Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and corporate communications.

§ Experience in business consulting, strategic management or professional services will be a distinct advantage.

§ Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

§ Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
