Job Title: Creative Head

Location: Calicut

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and highly creative Creative Head to lead our content, design, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, innovative thinking, and the ability to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that enhance brand presence and storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team including designers, writers, and social media strategists.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns, brand visuals, and digital content strategies.
  • Oversee all creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts for advertisements, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and design innovations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Mentor and guide junior creative professionals to achieve their best work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design innovation.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
