Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist
with at least 2 years of experience in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, WordPress, e-commerce, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SMM, paid ads, and other channels

Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns to meet client goals

Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies

Create and manage social media content and engagement strategies

Handle WordPress websites, including content updates, plugins, and performance optimization

Implement e-commerce marketing strategies and assist in product listing and optimization

Run targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager

Collaborate with creative teams to develop content aligned with marketing goals

Maintain and build relationships with clients, providing timely updates and recommendations

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in an agency setting

Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing (SMM), and paid advertising (PPC)

Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and optimization

Experience with e-commerce platforms and online product marketing

Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing strategies and tools

Experience in email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing campaigns

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

Excellent communication and client management skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation

Knowledge of graphic design basics for creating ad creatives

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO tools
