Known for its accuracy, quality, and affordability, it caters to both walk-in patients and institutional clients across multiple cities.Job DescriptionResponsible for delivering the defined target & desired growth of their region by leading a team of Executives month wise /qtr wiseEnsure all Areas are meeting the sales objectivesBuild a high performance team.Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching.Identify the talents in the market & then fill up the vacancy in the shortest possible time.Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the area and create a good business relationship with these customersMeet high value doctors and corporate and build long term relationship.Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targeted customers.Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department regarding the strategy.Work on the motivation & competence of the team and lead the team of EXECUTIVEConduct CMEs/ small round table discussion with KOL's and assist/guide Executives for conducting the same in future for creative a solid customer bank.Extensive traveling within the area in order to get market insights from the total territory.Track competition activities regularly.Regular and timely reporting to relevant internal stake-holders.The Successful ApplicantGraduate from any Stream with MBA-Sales & Marketing10-15 years of experience in SalesKnowledge of service marketing, advertising, product and salesKnowledge of competition, product and pricing and their marketing strategiesKnowledge of the health care industryKnowledge of the basics of medicine, health care, heart care, diseases and commonly used medical terms.Knowledge of the complete running of a diagnostic center business (process, discharge), products offered by the Company and medical technology.Knowledge of the basics of finance, budgeting and allocation of fundsComputer savvy-Knowledge of MIS and basic computer skill
