Roles and Responsibilities Qualifications- 5+ Years experience Telecom data services w/ direct US customer interaction (Prefer sales background high attention to customer experience) Knowledge of Data Services - DIA, IP, Ethernet, DWDM, DataCenter English fluency, positive communications skills, ability to network both internally and externally to meet customer needs Work US business day hours from India in order to speak with clients during their business day US Travel Visa for in person customer visits in US on Quarterly basis Function- Manage base of + customers based in US for data services (IP, DIA, DWDM, DC, Ethernet) Set regular contact, support existing services/needs, seek opportunities to upsell/cross sell customer base High touch customer relationship development and nurturing customer experience to best position Airtel as preferred provider for India Work with sales engineers to design solutions that meet customer needs, provide commercial proposals, manage customer ordering process Post sale follow up for delivery, service support, and billing/collections
