**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Channel Sales Development**: Build and maintain strong sales relationships across Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Croma, Reliance Digital, and other key retail/quick commerce partners. Identify new channel opportunities for FirePods (TWS) and FireCharge (cables, power banks, adapters) and initiate listings or POs.
- **Account Coordination**:Act as the single point of contact for all channel buyers/merchandisers related to Audio and Power accessories. Pitch new launches, negotiate margins, ensure POs are placed, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- **Sales Target Execution**:Drive monthly sales targets and product visibility across assigned accounts. Work with internal teams for inventory planning, fulfillment coordination, and pricing approvals.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor competitive activity across channels — pricing, new launches, promotions — especially in the TWS and power accessories category. Share actionable insights with product and category teams to refine offering.
- **Campaign & Merchandising Support**:Ensure product visibility during platform events (e.g., Flipkart BBD, Zepto Payday), support offer setups, and coordinate with channel creative teams for hero placements. Track product performance, identify dead stock, and drive liquidation plans where needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in channel sales or key account management in TWS, mobile accessories, or electronics.
- Prior exposure to selling on or to platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Croma, or Reliance Digital.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to travel for in-person meetings with channel partners.
- Good coordination ability across internal supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
