With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company is committed to fostering a professional and high-performing work environment.Job Description· Design and implement talent development programs that aim to measure, develop and manage the Talent Pool for the employees in line with the organizational goals.· Identify high potential and key talent across the organization and create plans to engage, develop and upskill them for future senior roles.· Prepare and maintain a list of critical roles across the organisation and ensure that a Succession Plan is in place for these positions in consultation with the Senior Management.· Drive the organization level as well as individual level Skill Index measurement as per the identification of hot skills in market and execute activities to enhance the overall Skill Index.· Identify organization wide Composite and Individual Skill Gaps in employees' Current Roles (Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral); initiate and drive various programs to bridge these gaps.· Plan and Implement the development programs and associated activities for Specialist Track for identified roles in the organisation .· Manage the Learning and Development for staff and help organize trainings for identified Competency Gaps (Technical / Behavioral / Domain).· Design and implement scalable L&D programs tailored to deep tech roles.· Curate and manage internal and external learning platforms.· Provide insights and dashboards to leadership on talent development metrics.The Successful Applicant· 15+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Management, preferably in a tech or product-led organization· Strong understanding of deep tech domains and the learning needs of technical talent.· Experience with digital learning tools, instructional design, and adult learning principles.Technical:· Succession Planning & Management - Advanced· Talent Assessment - Assessment Centre design/ Evaluation - Advanced· Global Talent Management Models - Advanced· Executive Coaching Certification - Intermediate· Competency Development - Advanced· Leadership Development - Advanced
