Our Organization is used by leading companies by 7,50,000+ frontline sales users in BFSI and Pharma industries and is funded by leading investors like Cornerstone Venture Partners and Mistry Ventures.Location : MumbaiIndustry Focus : Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)About the Role :We are looking for a Sector Leader – L&D Solutions / CRM to drive new business acquisition in the enterprise learning and CRM technology space. This is a high-ownership hunter role focused on selling learning enablement platforms and CRM solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling L&D solutions and demonstrate a strong ability to engage with HR, L&D, and Business stakeholders. You will lead the sales process end-to-end—from prospecting to closing—while positioningcompany’s value in improving employee capability, sales effectiveness, and digital learning experiences.Key Responsibilities :Acquire new enterprise accounts by selling L&D and CRM solutions to clients across industriesIdentify and engage decision-makers such as L&D Heads, HR Heads, Sales Enablement Leaders, and Business HeadsUnderstand customer needs and run consultative, solution-led sales cyclesDeliver tailored demos and proposals aligned to customer-specific business and learning goalsMaintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, referrals, and targeted campaignsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsDeliver on assigned revenue and growth targets for the construction sectorIdeal Candidate Profile :3–5 years of experience in B2 B Saa S or tech salesProven track record in selling Learning & Development (L&D) solutions to enterprise clientsStrong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in HR, Learning, or Sales Enablement functionsExperience in quota-carrying sales roles with consistent achievement of targetsExcellent communication, solutioning, and executive engagement skillsGood to HaveExposure to CRM platform sales or L&D solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise sales cycles in HR tech or learning techExperience in structured consultative sales methodologiesWhat You’ll GainA high-impact, high-visibility sales role in a growing Saa S companyOpportunities to work with top enterprise brands transforming their learning & enablement approachCompetitive compensation with performance-linked rewardsA fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong leadership and mentorship
