Roles and Responsibilities Position title : Business Branch Head Function : Sales & Distribution Location : Navi Mumbai Qualification: Minimum Graduate but MBA would be preferred Responsibility: Responsible for profitable Business growth from the branch/location. Be the first point of escalation for decision making. Responsible for achieving overall sales target of the branch with desired product mix as per plan. Develop and maintain business origination channels in the branch. Achieve business plan within budgeted cost of acquisition & yield. Generate insurance & fee income as per plan. Responsible for overall recovery and collections targets for the branch. Responsible to drive deposit mobilization as per plan. Ensure adherence to procedures and processes and ensure quality in Loan disbursement in the Branch. Drive business hygiene vectors to reduce audit observations and ensure Timely resolution of audit queries. Manage and develop motivated cross functional team at branch. Overall responsibility for Branch – including admin/infrastructure/security and compliance related factors. Ensure overall operational health and hygiene of the branch. Ensure to build developer relationship. Competencies: High energy professional with strong selling skills. Strong leadership, mentor and develop a direct team by, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and building of an effective team dynamic. Technical & functional expertise A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong customer service outlook.
