We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Branch Head to lead operations at Bhayandar branch of our client's reputed education institute. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing coaching classes and driving academic and business growth.

Position: Branch Head (Female)
Location: Bhayandar, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage faculty and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Drive student enrollment through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Ensure high-quality academic delivery and student satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the branch.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or supervising coaching classes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in handling student and parent queries with professionalism.
Work Schedule
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend availability required.
- Weekly off: 1 day during weekdays.
