We are looking for a Branch Head - Brokerage Business who can oversee daily operations, implements sales strategies to achieve targets, and manages staff to ensure a high-performing team. The role is expected to primarily look after Revenue and Profit GrowthKey responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing market trends, and reporting on branch performance to senior management. Core responsibilitiesOperational management: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, administrative tasks, and ensuring the branch functions smoothly.Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets. This involves identifying sales opportunities and driving branch profitability.Staff leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of financial advisors and support staff. This includes setting performance goals and providing coaching.Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handle escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Compliance and risk management: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to provide insights to clients and inform branch strategy.Financial management: Oversee the branch‘s budget, manage costs, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely. Prepare and present financial reports to upper management.Collaboration: Work with other branches and departments to align business strategies and share best practices.
