Competitive SalaryEstablished BrandAbout Our ClientOur client is a large organisation in the Fintech sector, with a strong presence across India.Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the business and products in Maharashtra.Key DeliverablesInfluencing the sales organization (COO/S&M heads, ZBM) to deliver all KPIs for the zone.Airtel payments bank P&L owner for the regions with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of the regions.Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers.Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales programEnsuring right quality of customers acquired across the zonesGetting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategyDriving products including remittance, savings accounts etcPeople management- with sales and functional team reporting to the incumbentGTM and partner profitabilityExpected ChallengesBeing a new business category it's important to ensure roll-out and execution of demand generation activities, which needs to be rolled out through ZMs and mobility TMs/ZSMs in the zones.Getting new merchants like utility boards onboard will require continuous persuasion and follow up of various government officials and involving circle senior management. This needs to be done in consultation with the Center Alliance TeamAligning and working with circle ECs / COO and ZBMs to drive products prioritiesThe Successful ApplicantA successful State Head should have:Proven experience in a leadership role within the sales department.Strong understanding of the sector.Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.Strong customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
