The company’s innovative solutions include real-time payments, fraud management, and digital banking products, serving a global client base.Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Head based in Mumbai to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector. This is an individual contributor role focused on hunting new clients, farming existing accounts, and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to deliver fintech solutions adoption and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Acquire new banking clients and expand relationships with existing accountsEngage with CXO-level stakeholders to drive solution adoptionDeliver strategic sales outcomes and meet revenue targetWork independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client successRequired Qualifications & Skills:10–15+ years of B2 B sales experience in BFSI or fintech solutionsProven track record in hunting and farming enterprise accountsStrong CXO-level engagement experienceDeep knowledge of fintech domain and digital paymentsBased in Mumbai and ready to work from the officePreferred Qualifications:Experience selling mission-critical enterprise payment products or Saa S solutionsPrior exposure to managing complex, high-value accounts in BFSI
