Role : Sales Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager, AD, or Director to lead and enhance our sales operations in India. This key role will oversee both the AI Sales and GCC Sales teams, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for India, aligning with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and spearhead market penetration in key verticals and industries.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Guide and mentor the heads of AI Sales and GCC Sales, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable sales team culture.

Revenue Growth and Market Expansion

  • Own the sales P&L for India, ensuring that revenue, profitability, and market share targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with senior executives and C-suite leaders of potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation and a trusted advisor to key strategic accounts.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Work in close collaboration with marketing, product, and delivery teams to develop client-centric solutions and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide valuable market insights to influence product and service offerings.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on sales performance and market conditions.

Preferred Skillsets:

  • Several years of sales leadership experience in technology, software solutions, or related fields, including at least 5 years managing senior sales leaders.
  • Proven success in scaling sales operations and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets in India.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI and GCC (Global Capability Centers) markets and their unique sales dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and presentations.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
