Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Drive sales for luxury villa and residential projects
Team Management :
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and prospective clients.
- Provide end-to-end assistance, from lead conversion to post-sale customer support.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Provide insights for refining marketing strategies.
Lead Management :
- Manage lead generation through digital marketing, channel partners, and referrals.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Reporting & Coordination :
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years in real estate sales, with proven expertise in selling luxury properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially HNI and NRI segments.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools and basic analytics.
