Management Trainees undergo training through cross-functional stints in operations and strategy. Primarily this will involve a combination of assignments involving decision-making, crisis resolution, and problem-solving. Initially, you will be part of the sales team to learn about our products and gain hands-on experience with our business operations at the ground level. Based on your strengths and knowledge, RAAM Group will then provide opportunities in various areas such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. You need to have tremendous commitment and a leadership drive to succeed and thrive in this role.
