Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Drive sales for luxury villa and residential projects

Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and prospective clients.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance, from lead conversion to post-sale customer support.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Provide insights for refining marketing strategies.

Lead Management:

  • Manage lead generation through digital marketing, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years in real estate sales, with proven expertise in selling luxury properties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially HNI and NRI segments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic analytics.
