We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Vaishnaoi Group. The candidate will support the legal team in handling corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.


Responsibilitie

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.
  • Analyze case laws, statutes, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the firm's business.
  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, notices, and pleadings.
  • Ensure the firm complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist in filings with regulatory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, and other bodies.
  • Coordinate with external counsels and attend court hearings if required.
  • Prepare briefs, case summaries, and supporting documents for litigation or arbitration.
  • Assist in advising clients on legal matters, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
  • Support in handling client queries related to business transactions and legal risks.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records.
  • Update internal databases with legal and regulatory developments.


Qualifications

  • LLB from a recognized university.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws, including the Companies Act, Contract Act, and related regulations.
  • Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or experience in corporate law is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
