Business development manager

We are looking for young & dynamic professionals in the Business Development Team, for Mumbai location. Below are the details.
Role Expectations:-
• New Client Creation being a key role and ensuring the venture is profitable to the company
• Targeting new clients and expanding the existing clientele
• Identifying and networking with new accounts, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
• Mapping key clients requirements, attending/conducting client briefing meets, project planning, coordinating with each teams.
• Proactively following up with existing clients to get briefs for activities in timely intervals.
• Actively Engaging with Creative & Operations Team to ensure that the Solutions being presented to the client meets / exceeds expectations.
• Interacted with clients on a day-to-day basis and follow up on billings, and handle Vendor Payments.
Competency Required:-
• With 3+ years’ work experience in Sales/ Marketing function, experience in Ad Agency will be preferred
. Sound understanding of marketing and digital concepts, with knowledge of latest trends
• Should be proficient in written and oral communication
• Should be a confident presenter with competence in MS-Power Point
• Should possess high planning & execution skills
• Should be a team player, and have the ability to collaborate and deliver on projects
• Should possess work ethics & ready to work with targets and deadlines.
