Our Businesses: CTC: 9-12 LPA + Rewards Hub Rewards: 5% of the gross value of projects Additional Rewards: 10% of the first month gross if our client renews their retainer beyond a year. 5 % of gross profits in case of all upsells. About The Role: As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that we are delivering high-quality creative solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage responsibilities related to branding, social media, creative projects, and events, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and industry standards. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Shape industry-leading creative strategies for our clients. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Collaborate with our creative team to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. Help our clients build communities, enable partnerships, manage relationships, host events, and bridge the gap between online storytelling and IRL activations. Qualifications: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Solid experience with any CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
