CTC: 9-12 LPA + Rewards
Hub Rewards:
- 5% of the gross value of projects
Additional Rewards:
- 10% of the first month gross if our client renews their retainer beyond a year.
- 5 % of gross profits in case of all upsells.
About The Role:
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that we are delivering high-quality creative solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage responsibilities related to branding, social media, creative projects, and events, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and industry standards.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Shape industry-leading creative strategies for our clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with our creative team to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
- Help our clients build communities, enable partnerships, manage relationships, host events, and bridge the gap between online storytelling and IRL activations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with any CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
