Leading Client of Persolkelly | Key Account Manager | bangalore

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for driving results? As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing high-impact projects for a major client. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead from Start to Finish: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from RFQ to successful implementation, ensuring every milestone is met with precision.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, manage timelines, and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Drive New Initiatives: Champion customer projects, manage resources, and maintain seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Strategize for Growth: Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and align projects with broader sales strategies.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Strengthen client partnerships by addressing immediate needs and aligning with long-term goals.
- Negotiate for Success: Work with teams to revise and negotiate contracts, ensuring healthy margins and sustainable growth.
What You Bring:
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Technical interest; knowledge in mechanical or material sciences is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze and address complex challenges.
