Job Summary:
PersolKelly is seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team to oversee the end-to-end tender process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing IT consulting services to clients, building strategic partnerships, managing the RFP process, and negotiating agreements to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Bidding portal registrations and staying updated on the registration process.
- Regularly search for new tenders online that match our company's product offerings.
- Review and manage the pre-qualification and short-listing process for tenders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender details and statuses for ongoing Bids.
- Prepare and submit bid documents both online and offline in compliance with tender requirements.
- Monitor and manage timelines for tender submissions, technical queries, and commercial inquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including coordinating internal resources, preparing proposal documents, and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop marketing materials, case studies, and other collateral to support business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Must have experience leading the RFP process, including proposal development and contract negotiation, for both commercial and non-commercial clients based in Singapore
- Knowledge of E2E tendering with Proven experience in IT consulting, client partnering, and business development, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working on RFP/RFI/RFQ and large bids from customers.
- A proven record of accomplishment in sales – both hunting new accounts and farming and growing existing accounts.
- Strong understanding and working experience in the APAC Market
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
