We are looking for an experienced Programmatic candidate who has experience in client servicing and or project/account management in the digital media space. This person will be the responsible for making sure FYND’s clients (the agency account teams) get the best service and information relating to their account being managed by FYND programmatic trading team. This role is to support FYND Media’s growth objective and will ensure our clients get the best service and information for them to continue trusting us for their programmatic investment to meet their business objectives. A successful candidate will have experience managing multiple global accounts and effectively communicating with various account teams with enthusiasm and data led reasoning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary service and expertise within the programmatic and digital media space by providing thorough campaign insights and campaign outcome-based results to help upsell potential opportunities. What will you be responsible for? Reporting to the Global Head of Programmatic, you will be responsible for: Delivering a world class service – the agency account and planning teams are the primary FYND clients, so you will communicate effectively with agency colleagues providing actionable campaign insights and constantly improving account growth You will work with FYND campaign managers and traders to gather relevant reports/data to produce weekly campaign insights that are digestible and informative. You will also be responsible to plan, co-ordinate and produce an output of the monthly and or quarterly business review of the account, as well as ad hoc requests such as PCA documents. You will be the main point of contact for account team queries and or new potential campaign briefs as well as any other troubleshooting. You will lead the conversation and assist account planners to consider internal programmatic offering compared to other external solutions being put forward and act as the expert to push our internal programmatic solutions by having constructive data led discussions. You will have regular meetings with relevant stakeholders within the agency and account teams to review account and growth opportunity and suggesting solutions. Having thorough working knowledge of programmatic technologies (DSP, adservers, MMPs, Data, SSPs) and channels (Display, Mobile, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio) and how each moving part fits in the digital ecosystem to have strategic conversations and suggest capabilities during account reviews. You will be able to explain difficult technical and data led analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell ideas. You will take constructive account team feedback and other external partner information to FYND colleagues to help improve service and offerings. You will understand each client’s campaign objectives and help educate account teams on the FYND Media ongoing internal services and demonstrating success stories from our global client campaigns. You will help assist in new business pitches by coordinating and gathering relevant data to build programmatic sales deck to demonstrate FYND Media’s capabilities. You will work with the wider marketing and new business teams to create sales material such as case studies. What are the requirements of the role? Solid Experience of 3-5 years in the field of Programmatic and or agency client servicing role. A proactive, self-starter individual who can use their own initiative to spot and leverage opportunities via innovation and forward-thinking and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Application of industry & technical knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models. Strong programmatic knowledge to discuss programmatic solutions. A deep understanding of our competitor’s programmatic solutions to be able to convey our USPs versus theirs to planning teams. Demonstrated success in crafting brand/digital/media strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics used to bring them to life Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus Understanding of branding strategy, measurement and application is a plus Hands on or working knowledge of key programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk), Ad servers, Mobile Measurement tools would be beneficial. Excellent communicator at all managerial and leadership level, with the ability to explain key concepts and strategies in a compelling way by tailoring our message as a convincing story to the audience. Must be a solid researcher that can inform themselves, as well as others, about new topics. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point, especially in presentation skills to different stakeholders. Comfortable working with excel and data, and explaining data led insights which are digestible and actionable.
