Job description We are looking for a Relationship Manager for the Northeast & Bihar locations with experience in B2 B Sales lab equipment and furniture or education industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a relationship with the client and maintaining the business transaction that resonates with the company's business target. Role & Responsibilities 1. Approaching the client through various methods and processes, like cold calling, email communication, sharing company portfolio, etc. 2. Understanding client needs and developing plans to address them, Promoting high-quality sales, supplying and onboard new clients 3. Strategize in generating new clients and Identify clients' key requirements to cultivate profitable relationships. 4. Promote high-quality sales, supply, and orders with proper product descriptions. 5. Negotiate and discuss with the client to close the deal. 6. Collaborating with the internal team to execute the deal with the client. 7. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and competitor analysis. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Science is preferable. A B. Sc Graduate is mandatory, M. B. A. in Sales, is preferable. Standard computer knowledge and expertise are mandatory Regional and Local languages are mandatory. Experience - Min 2 years in B2 B sales of book publishers and schools Skills1. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in sales2. Knowledge of book publishers school management and CRM software. Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving attitude, and, Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.4.
